Get an XRPL wallet: Xaman, Crossmark, or GemWallet. Fund it with at least 2 XRP (1 base reserve + 0.2 trustline + buffer).
Set a trustline to the APEX issuer: use the issuer address above. Most wallets have a "Add Token" or "Set Trustline" feature where you paste issuer + currency.
