Plain English. What we collect (almost nothing), what we do with it, and your rights.
1. Who we are
ApexCor ("ApexCor", "we", "our", "us") operates this website (apexcor.ai) and the on-chain $APEX cryptoasset on the XRP Ledger. We are an XRPL-native quantitative system. For privacy questions: info@apexcor.ai.
2. What we collect — and what we don't
What we DO collect
- Presale form data (only if you submit it). Your XRPL wallet address, email, optional XRP amount, optional handle, and the trustline confirmation. Submitting the form is fully optional — your on-chain bonus accrues automatically without it.
- Server logs (Cloudflare). Our hosting provider Cloudflare records IP addresses, request timestamps, user-agent strings and request URLs for ~30 days for the purposes of security, abuse prevention, and operational diagnostics.
- Language preference. A small
localStorageentry (apx-lang) on your browser remembers whether you set the site to English or Spanish. It never leaves your device. - Email correspondence. If you write to one of our contact addresses, we keep the message until the conversation is reasonably resolved.
What we DO NOT collect
- No Google Analytics, no GTM, no Facebook Pixel, no Hotjar, no Amplitude, no Mixpanel, no advertising trackers — none.
- No fingerprinting, no behavioural profiling.
- We don't ask for KYC documents, IDs, or government identifiers on this site.
- We never sell your data. There's nothing to sell — see above.
3. Why we use this data (legal bases)
- Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) for the optional form: when you submit, you consent to us sending you presale-related emails.
- Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) for hosting logs: keeping the site online and resilient against attacks.
- Contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) when you correspond with us about a specific service request.
4. How long we keep it
- Form submissions: until presale distribution is complete (≈ 27 June 2026 + 90 days for audit), then deleted unless you've opted into a longer mailing list.
- Hosting logs (Cloudflare): ~30 days, then auto-rotated.
- Email threads: until the case is reasonably closed, then archived for up to 24 months.
- Local language preference: on your device until you clear browser storage.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share only with the bare minimum of service providers necessary to run the site:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting + CDN + DDoS mitigation. Their privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — typography is loaded from Google. Google may log your IP when fonts are fetched. Their privacy policy. If this concerns you, browser extensions like uBlock Origin or LocalCDN can block remote fonts.
- Email providers — when you contact us via
@apexcor.aiaddresses, your message transits standard mail servers (currently Cloudflare Email Routing → Gmail).
None of these providers are authorised to use your data for their own marketing.
6. International transfers
Cloudflare and Google operate globally. Personal data may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions. These providers contractually maintain GDPR-compliant safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses + supplementary measures).
7. On-chain data — important
The XRP Ledger is a public blockchain. Once you open a trustline or execute a swap, your wallet address and TX history become permanently visible to anyone, forever. We have no power to redact or delete on-chain records — that's a property of the ledger itself, not of ApexCor. Treat any wallet you use with us as semi-public information.
8. Your rights
Subject to the laws applicable to you (notably GDPR for the EU/UK and CCPA for California), you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Rectify incorrect data.
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten") — except for on-chain records, which are out of our control.
- Object to processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time (e.g. unsubscribe from emails).
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9. Children
This service is not directed to people under 18 and we don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you become aware of a minor's data being submitted, please tell us and we'll delete it promptly.
10. Security
We use TLS for all traffic, security headers via Cloudflare, and minimal-privilege handling on the server side. No system is unbreakable; if we discover a personal-data breach affecting you, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours where required.
11. No financial advice · crypto risk
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptoassets — including $APEX — carry significant risk of total loss. Markets are volatile, smart contracts can fail, and regulatory regimes change. You alone are responsible for evaluating those risks before participating. Do your own research.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we update the "Last updated" date and announce the change on @apexcor_ai. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

1. Quiénes somos
ApexCor ("ApexCor", "nosotros") opera este sitio web (apexcor.ai) y el cryptoasset on-chain $APEX en el XRP Ledger. Somos un sistema cuantitativo nativo de XRPL. Para preguntas de privacidad: info@apexcor.ai.
2. Qué recolectamos — y qué no
Lo que SÍ recolectamos
- Datos del formulario de preventa (solo si lo envías). Tu dirección de wallet XRPL, email, monto opcional de XRP, handle opcional y la confirmación de trustline. Enviar el formulario es totalmente opcional — tu bono on-chain se acumula automático sin él.
- Logs del servidor (Cloudflare). Nuestro proveedor de hosting Cloudflare guarda direcciones IP, timestamps, user-agent y URLs solicitadas durante ~30 días con fines de seguridad, prevención de abuso y diagnóstico operativo.
- Preferencia de idioma. Una pequeña entrada en
localStorage(apx-lang) en tu navegador recuerda si elegiste inglés o español. Nunca sale de tu dispositivo. - Correo electrónico. Si nos escribes a una de nuestras direcciones de contacto, conservamos el mensaje hasta que la conversación se resuelve razonablemente.
Lo que NO recolectamos
- Sin Google Analytics, sin GTM, sin Facebook Pixel, sin Hotjar, sin Amplitude, sin Mixpanel, sin trackers de publicidad — nada.
- Sin fingerprinting, sin perfilado conductual.

3. Por qué usamos estos datos (bases legales)
- Consentimiento (RGPD Art. 6(1)(a)) para el formulario opcional: al enviarlo, aceptas recibir emails relacionados con la preventa.
- Interés legítimo (RGPD Art. 6(1)(f)) para los logs de hosting: mantener el sitio en línea y resiliente ante ataques.
- Contrato (RGPD Art. 6(1)(b)) cuando te comunicas con nosotros sobre una solicitud específica.
4. Cuánto tiempo lo guardamos
- Envíos del formulario: hasta que la distribución de preventa esté completa (≈ 27 de junio de 2026 + 90 días para auditoría); luego se borra salvo que hayas pedido seguir en una lista más larga.
- Logs de hosting (Cloudflare): ~30 días, después rotación automática.
- Hilos de email: hasta resolver el caso, archivado hasta 24 meses.
- Preferencia de idioma local: en tu dispositivo hasta que limpies el almacenamiento del navegador.
5. Con quién lo compartimos
No vendemos, alquilamos ni intercambiamos datos personales. Compartimos solo con los proveedores mínimos necesarios para operar el sitio:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting + CDN + mitigación DDoS. Su política de privacidad.
- Google Fonts — la tipografía se carga desde Google. Google puede registrar tu IP cuando se descargan las fuentes. Su política de privacidad. Si te preocupa, extensiones como uBlock Origin o LocalCDN pueden bloquear fuentes remotas.
- Proveedores de email — cuando nos contactas vía direcciones
@apexcor.ai, tu mensaje pasa por servidores de correo estándar (actualmente Cloudflare Email Routing → Gmail).
Ninguno de estos proveedores está autorizado a usar tus datos para su propio marketing.
6. Transferencias internacionales
Cloudflare y Google operan globalmente. Los datos personales pueden ser procesados en Estados Unidos u otras jurisdicciones. Estos proveedores mantienen contractualmente salvaguardas compatibles con RGPD (Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo + medidas suplementarias).
7. Datos on-chain — importante
El XRP Ledger es una blockchain pública. Una vez que abres una trustline o ejecutas un swap, tu dirección de wallet y tu historial de TX quedan permanentemente visibles para cualquiera, para siempre. No tenemos poder de redactar o borrar registros on-chain — es una propiedad del ledger, no de ApexCor. Trata cualquier wallet que uses con nosotros como información semi-pública.
8. Tus derechos
Sujeto a las leyes que te apliquen (RGPD para UE/Reino Unido y CCPA para California, principalmente), tienes derecho a:
- Acceder a los datos que tenemos sobre ti.
- Rectificar datos incorrectos.
- Borrar tus datos ("derecho al olvido") — excepto registros on-chain, que están fuera de nuestro control.
- Oponerte al procesamiento.
- Retirar el consentimiento en cualquier momento (ej. darte de baja de emails).
- Presentar una queja ante tu autoridad de control local.

9. Menores
Este servicio no está dirigido a personas menores de 18 años y no recolectamos a sabiendas datos de menores. Si descubres datos de un menor enviados, avísanos y los borraremos pronto.
10. Seguridad
Usamos TLS para todo el tráfico, security headers vía Cloudflare y manejo de mínimo privilegio del lado servidor. Ningún sistema es invulnerable; si descubrimos una brecha de datos personales que te afecte, te notificaremos a ti y a la autoridad supervisora correspondiente dentro de 72h cuando aplique.
11. Sin asesoría financiera · riesgo cripto
Nada en este sitio es asesoría de inversión, legal o fiscal. Los criptoactivos — incluyendo $APEX — conllevan riesgo significativo de pérdida total. Los mercados son volátiles, los smart contracts pueden fallar y los marcos regulatorios cambian. Tú solo eres responsable de evaluar esos riesgos antes de participar. Haz tu propia investigación.
12. Cambios a esta política
Si cambiamos algo material, actualizamos la fecha de "Última actualización" y anunciamos el cambio en @apexcor_ai. El uso continuado del sitio después de un cambio constituye aceptación.
